The ATA Karate for Kids is a specialized program created exclusively for children. Pre-school karate for kids classes are for children ages 3-6 and the karate for kids classes for children ages7 through 12. The foundation of the martial arts ATA curriculum is the ongoing ATA review and development of life-skills such as positive mental attitude, high goal-setting, perseverance, self-control and confidence.

Health – It’s not easy staying in shape… Instructors train their students to the best of their ability working with martial art students to keep them healthy. Some students come fit, while others have started training 100 pounds overweight. Most martial art students come with limited flexibility. Adults start at any age, as we have had some adults who started karate classes as late as age 65, and have still earned their black belts.
